2. How We Use Information

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

• To draft and post replies to your Google reviews using AI.
• To provide analytics on your review performance.
• To communicate with you about your account and service updates.
• To evaluate review content and suggest context-aware draft responses tailored to your business.

3. Limited Use for Google User Data

ReplyVera's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use Google user data to develop, create, or train generalized or non-personalized AI/ML models. ReplyVera utilizes AI models (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) solely to process and generate individualized responses for your specific business in real time; your data is never used to train or fine-tune third-party foundation models. We do not use your Google data for serving advertisements, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as your account is active. If you disconnect your Google Account or delete your ReplyVera account, we will remove your tokens and cease data collection immediately.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption at rest and in transit, to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
